Galvanized steel pipe with diameter 48mm and thickness 1.8-2mm, hot galvanized.
Plastic parts PE imported from Korean, rotational molding.
Foam pipe covers are 15mm thick with the diameter of the pipes being 85mm. the PVC vinyl has a pure and bright color. Fireproof pipes are optional.
Zip ties are made of high-quality plastic, making it flexible yet still tough. we use more zip ties to tie the foams onto the steel pipes. Soft parts 2cm-thick Plywood +high density EPE +ant-crack PVC or PU Flooring EVA, many colors quality interlocking EVA foam mats /PVC carton tiles/ interlocking ABS floor Clamps Made of galvanized steel, welded by automatic welding robots and powder-coated to prevent from rusting.Stronger and more durable.
Webbing is manufactured using tightly knitted nylon which is the same materials that are used to make the seat belts in a car.
